- Taking full ownership of parent relationships—from initial outreach through sustained engagement—for a single campus
- Leading persuasive info sessions and individual conversations that convert interested parents into dedicated supporters
- Acting as the central parent contact—addressing concerns, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels valued and supported once enrolled at Alpha
- Establishing visibility and credibility through consistent on-site presence, local partnerships, and targeted outreach efforts
- Mobilizing parent advocates to expand referrals and strengthen community influence
- Depending on canned sales scripts or impersonal communication strategies
- Handing off relationship development to campus personnel or adopting a passive role
- Allowing formalized parent committees to compromise or redefine Alpha's educational approach
- Operating remotely—this role requires deep immersion in the parent journey and community life
Key Responsibilities
Lead enrollment and retention at your campus by cultivating high-trust parent relationships from initial inquiry through sustained satisfaction and active advocacy.

- 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision-making
- Deep belief in Alpha's accelerated, high-expectation learning model

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
