Project Coordinator - Bilingual
ADB SAFEGATE
The OpportunityThe Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the efforts of team members and third‑party contractors or consultants in Latin America to deliver projects according to plan. They will be an integral part of the team by being a great communicator, working effectively with others, and meeting scheduled task completion dates. This position supports multiple stakeholders in exceeding customer expectations and meeting company‑level goals and targets.

- Working with cross‑functional teams to facilitate project execution and manage customer deliverables.
- Leading collaboration between customers, operations, supply chain, and engineering to develop an overall project plan that best supports our customers.
- Identifying routine issues that may affect the planned results and making recommendations for resolution.
- Serving as the primary customer point of contact from post‑contract award through delivery, answering questions and providing updates while building strong relationships for future business growth.
- Maintaining customer records and coordinating required documents, submittals, past‑due payments, and delivery schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years of related experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common product information such as blueprints and plan sets.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and initiatives of moderate complexity simultaneously.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Experience with CRM systems, database software, internet software, order processing systems, spreadsheet software and word‑processing software.
