Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager (Manufacturing)Rate: $42,000 to $58,000 based on education, experience, and program.
Full Time - 40 hours/week
The YMCA of Central Ohio is seeking dedicated and passionate candidates for our Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager Position.
Responsibilities- Assist homeless individuals with advocacy and support as they transition quickly into housing.
- Provide client‑driven services to help maintain housing.
- Passion for serving the homeless community.
- Experience with a housing‑first service model, harm reduction, progressive engagement and trauma‑informed care methodologies.
- Ability to function well in a team environment.
- Commitment to high‑quality, low‑barrier services.
- Comfortable working in an exciting and ever‑changing environment.
