Capitol Square Review and Advisory Board (CSRAB) is responsible for maintaining the historic character of Capitol Square while providing for the health, safety and convenience of those who work in and visit the complex. CSRAB is charged with interpreting the role of Ohio's Statehouse in national and Ohio history, to celebrate its art and architecture and to highlight its ongoing impact on the daily lives of Ohioans and thereby inspire all Ohioans to participate in state government.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician with at least five (5) years of commercial maintenance experience, including strong hands‑on work with 208V and 480V systems. This role is ideal for a knowledgeable, safety‑focused maintenance electrician who takes pride in troubleshooting complex systems and maintaining reliable facility operations. Experience working in historic or aging facilities is a plus.
What You'll DoIn this role, you will apply your working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and NFPA standards to maintain and repair a wide range of building systems. You will work both independently and as part of a facilities team to ensure electrical systems remain safe, functional, and code compliant.
Strongest Candidates Will Bring- Five or more years of commercial or institutional electrical maintenance experience
- Demonstrated experience with 208V and 480V electrical systems
- Solid understanding of NEC and electrical safety best practices
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with fire alarm and life safety systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in mechanical rooms, on ladders, and in varying conditions
- A proactive approach to preventative maintenance and long‑term system reliability
- Experience working in historic facilities or older infrastructure is highly desirable.
