Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire a Directional Drill Operator for our Columbus, OH location. A Class‑A CDL is required
. The average wage range for this position is between $24 and $35/hour, dependent on level of experience.

• Operate directional bore equipment for underground utility construction.
• Assist foreman and/or supervisors with all duties.
• Operate trenchers, plows, backhoes, and bobcats.
• Operate tampers, jackhammers, drills, and saws when needed.
• Work in the field with the crews completing work.

• Must have a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Meet all DOT requirements (physical fitness and drug testing).
• Have previous knowledge and experience of underground utility installations.
• Can read and interpret blueprints and follow job specifications and orders.
• Can communicate with teammates.
• Willing to work and follow directions.
• Travel willingness is a plus.

Bilingual and prior construction experience is highly desirable.
