Role Description

This is a full‑time, for a Technician located in Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton area. The Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing food service equipment and machinery. Daily tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment functions at optimal efficiency through thorough repairs. The role also involves maintaining accurate service records and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.

Qualifications
  • Technical skills in equipment installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues and implementing effective solutions
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and record‑keeping abilities
  • Knowledge of safety and operational standards relevant to food service equipment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in an on‑site work environment
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as required
  • Previous experience in the food service equipment industry or technical service is a plus
  • Technical certification or training in equipment repair or a related field is preferred
