• 4+ years of HVAC field experience
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems and local codes
• Removing old HVAC systems
• Installing new HVAC systems
• Performing routine maintenance
• Training junior team members
• Communicating with clients and customers
• Ordering and maintaining equipment
• Running pipe and duct systems through homes
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams
• Understanding refrigeration cycles
• Knowing how to interpret various technical data (pressure, temperature)
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Problem solving, self-motivation, reliability
• Service-oriented; good rapport with people; punctual and respectful

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Train junior team members
• Communicate effectively with clients
