Installation Technician

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area for an Installation Technician. The technician will be responsible for performing equipment installations, wiring, and system integrations in the fields of audio, video, lighting, and control systems. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining organized and quality-driven installations. The Installation Technician will also provide basic support and setup training for clients.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and problem-solving in time-sensitive environments
• Strong cabling skills, including wiring, installation, and maintenance of equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative team settings
• Prior experience with AV systems and related installations is a plus
• Familiarity with network systems and integration would be advantageous
