Identify utilities for the Horizontal Directional Driller for the installation of underground conduits and fiber optic cables.;
Operate a horizontal directional drill in collaboration with the Drilling Locator to install coaxial and fiber systems.;
Ensure the safety of the public and other underground facilities.;
Read public utility locations and coordinate daylight illumination of these installations.;
Transport heavy equipment to and from the work site each day.
