Overview
R & T Yoder Electric, Inc in Columbus, OH is hiring a full-time experienced Residential Service Electrician to work in our service call and troubleshooting division. Compensation: up to $40/hour, depending on experience, plus a $300 sign-on bonus. Benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), 2 weeks of paid time off (PT0) that increases with time of service, 2 paid sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, a company vehicle and uniforms.

Perform residential service calls and troubleshooting in a service division. Communicate effectively with customers, explain technical information in clear terms, and provide reliable service to protect client property. Demonstrate problem-solving, self-motivation, and a service-oriented attitude while upholding company values.
Qualifications- 4+ years of field experience
- Knowledge of residential electrical systems, NEC, and local codes
- A plus: knowledge of industrial, medical or agriculture electrical systems
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year.
