Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and fitting stainless ductwork, including welding tasks. This position is part of a long‑term project at a major hospital, requiring a commitment to quality and safety.

• Install stainless ductwork with precision and attention to detail.
• Fit and weld stainless duct to meet project specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.

• 2-5+ years of experience in sheet metal, HVAC, and ductwork installation.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
• OSHA 10 certification or higher.
• Ability to operate a scissor lift.
• Possession of own hand tools, including wrench, pliers, channel locks, vice grips, impact drill, 9/16" sockets with impact adapter, and screwdrivers.
• Cut level 4 gloves required.
• Type 2 hard hat with chin strap mandatory.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Columbus, OH.
