The Radon Mitigation Technician installs and services radon mitigation systems to ensure properties meet safety standards. This role requires hands‑on technical work, attention to detail, and a commitment to health and safety.

• Install radon mitigation systems according to industry and regulatory standards.
• Perform diagnostic testing and system evaluations.
• Seal foundation penetrations and ensure proper airflow.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Explain system operation and maintenance to clients.
• Document completed work and service reports accurately.
• Follow all safety protocols and building codes.

• Mechanical, construction, or HVAC experience preferred.
• Radon mitigation license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces.
• Strong problem‑solving and technical skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor.
