• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
• Use smartphone technology to manage scheduling, job documentation, and service updates
• Follow a consistent and organized service process
• Uphold the company’s high standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent

• Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Able to use smartphone applications for work orders and job documentation
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to completing quality work
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Must be reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license (for company vehicle use)
