• Hourly Pay: $27.50 per hour.
• Certification Bonus: $100 for each new ASE certification up to $700.
• Quarterly Bonus:
  Up to $500 every quarter.
• Sign On Bonus: $1,250 at 30 days and $1,250 at 90 days.

  Tuesday–Saturday;
  Second Shift Tuesday–Friday, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm and Saturday 7:00 am–3:30 pm.

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repair duties, including preventive maintenance and component inspections.
• Diagnose mechanical and electronic problems using diagnostic computers.
• Identify root causes of failures and perform required repairs.
• Replace defective components as instructed.
• Perform facility maintenance duties.
• Interact with customers/drivers to determine nature of complaints.
• Utilize shop management system and electronic documentation.
• Work in accordance with federal, provincial, and corporate compliance guidelines (e.g., safety, DOT, MOT).
• Perform other support duties as required, including Service Island support.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification / post‑secondary degree or technical certifications preferred.
• Basic tools required.
• Demonstrated aptitude and experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines, including preventive maintenance (oil changes, brake, tire work).
• At least 2 years of classroom training and/or work experience in required experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a CDL within 6 months after hire.
• Pass a Ryder drug test, DOT physical, Ryder road test, and Ryder background and motor vehicle check (including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years).
