Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience

• Full knowledge of all manufacturers, roofing systems and installations procedures

• Valid driver's license

• No fear of climbing ladders or heights at a minimum of 25 ft.

• Ability to consistently lift/move/carry up to 50 pounds

• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced work environment

• Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions

• Willingness to follow direction set forth by management in all aspects of the job

• Open to suggestions for improvement, where needed

• Demonstrates leadership qualities

• Strong time management skills

• Ability to coach and train crew members

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Safety Oriented

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations

• Comfortable using technology, including a smartphone/tablet for various applications

• Available and willing to work weekends as needed

• A dependable team player with a positive attitude is a must!
