Join Our Team as a Fleet Mechanic III at Keurig Dr Pepper!

Are you ready to take your mechanical skills to the next level? As a Fleet Mechanic III in Columbus, OH, you will play a crucial role in keeping our fleet running smoothly. This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to grow, mentor, and make a real impact in a dynamic environment!

In this hands-on position, you will:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and forklifts.
• Disassemble and overhaul motors, transmissions, clutches, and electrical systems.
• Complete necessary documentation to maintain accurate vehicle records.
• Manage parts inventory and ordering to ensure we have what we need when we need it.
• Mentor junior mechanics and share your expertise to help them grow.

• Monday through Friday
• 3:00 PM until finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

• Competitive Pay: $32.61 per hour

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly
• 3 years of fleet experience with various power units and equipment
• Experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, suspension, and brakes
• 2 years of experience using computers for diagnostics
• Must supply your own set of tools
• Willingness to achieve ASE certification and other required licenses within the first year
