Lead Commercial Foreman, Minimum 5 Years Commercial Experience

Reli Electric is seeking an experienced Lead Commercial Electrician to oversee and guide our commercial projects. This role is ideal for electricians with a minimum of 5 years of commercial electrical experience and proven ability to lead teams. We are looking for motivated leaders who can manage job scope, read and interpret plans, and ensure accurate installations while training and guiding apprentices.

The Lead Commercial Electrician will take charge of light commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects, new builds, and remodels — with a strong focus on stores, restaurants, and office TI installations. The right candidate will have at least 2 years of direct experience running TI projects, coordinating crews, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to specification.

• Lead and oversee electrical installations on commercial TI projects (stores, restaurants, and offices).
• Read and interpret blueprints, job plans, and specifications to ensure proper scope execution.
• Guide, mentor, and support apprentices to ensure accurate, code-compliant work.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
• Perform hands-on installation of conduit, wiring, panels, fixtures, and equipment when needed.
• Ensure all work adheres to building codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations.

$30.00-$40.00 per hour (based on experience)

• $30+ per hour (depending on experience).
