We are currently seeking a full time, Garage Door Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset. As a Garage Door Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of garage door systems for residential and commercial clients. You will diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner.

• Install new garage door systems, including tracks, springs, openers, and other components.
• Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure the proper functioning of garage doors and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with garage door systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
• Repair or replace damaged or malfunctioning parts, such as springs, cables, rollers, and sensors.
• Provide exceptional customer service, including answering client questions and addressing concerns.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on-site.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a garage door technician and knowledge on how to install garage doors.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

$55,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

• Garage Door Installation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Garage Door Service and Troubleshooting: 3 years (Required)
