We're hiring a Punchout Technician to ensure upscale residential units are completed to high-quality standards before turnover. This is a hands‑on role focused on detail work, quality control, and on‑time delivery.
What You’ll Do- Perform touch‑up painting and cosmetic repairs
- Complete light trim carpentry and caulking
- Handle drywall repairs and minor patch work
- Perform light plumbing fixes as needed
- Support general construction clean‑up and final checks
- Experience with residential punch‑out or finish work
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to handle multiple small tasks efficiently
- Reliable, professional, and team‑oriented work style
