, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire Telecom Laborers for our Columbus, Ohio office. This role supports Broadband projects in our Telecom Construction Division. A Telecom Laborer at Team Fishel will handle projects of various complexities and perform site work. The average wage range for this position is between $22 and $27/hour, dependent on level of experience.
- Work as a part of a crew
- Assist as required in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by the Crew leader, Foreman, or Supervisor
- Handle physically demanding construction duties
- Assist crew members in placing underground pipes, conduit, manual labor, and operating power tools
- Valid Class A CDL Driver’s license is preferred
- Previous underground utility experience is a plus
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig and reach
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to travel
- Must be able to lift, carry and place heavy objects
- Bilingual English/Spanish experience is a plus
