, is hiring Wiring Crew Leaders for our Columbus, Ohio Technologies Group
. Our Low Voltage Technologies Group is experiencing exciting and rapid growth. We've added a new security product line and secured contracts from internationally known companies. Now is a great time to join our organization and become a Teammate contributing to Team Fishel
's future growth.

The purpose of this position is to lead installation crews.

Technical Responsibilities

Ensure that infrastructure installation and equipment performance meet Team Fishel
, customer, and industry standards.

Ensure proper tool and test equipment usage practices are followed.

Maintain company vehicles according to established practices.

Maintain tool and supply inventory on company vehicles.

Adhere to all company policies, practices, and procedures, ensuring team compliance.

Safety administration:

Ensure field teammates use proper safety equipment and apparel.
Ensure adherence to customer policies and safety rules.

Perform other duties as directed by the Sr. Technician/Project Manager.

Project Responsibilities

Maintain customer relationships.

Report all project costs daily, including labor, equipment, materials, and expenses, to the Sr. Technician/Project Manager.

Report changes in project scope or additional work to the customer and Sr. Technician/Project Manager before proceeding.

Perform project punch list walk-throughs with the Sr. Technician/Project Manager and customer, correcting deficiencies as required.

Perform the final project walk-through with the Sr. Technician/Project Manager and customer.

Ensure all project closeout documentation is completed and submitted on time.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Professional image with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of structured cabling systems, including fiber optic installation and security.

Desire to be a team player and succeed in the technologies business.

Above-average knowledge of the telecommunications industry.

BICSI certified as an Installer.
