The ideal candidate has over 3 years of property management maintenance experience and a solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.

This role offers a compensation range of $22-$32 per hour, PTO, holiday pay, and health insurance after 60 days.
