Area Energy & Electric is currently seeking a regional HVAC/Plumbing Service Manager for our Regal Mechanical division in the Columbus, Marysville, and Marion offices. The position can be based out of any market, but Columbus is preferred. This is a great opportunity for a driven person with entrepreneurial spirit who wants to grow a service division in a rapidly growing market.

• Full-time, Monday - Friday 1st shift
• Nights and Weekends as required (not typical)

• Product and vendor knowledge (or the ability to quickly learn it)
• Universal EPA License
• Min. 5 years HVAC service tech experience
• Min. 3 years customer service experience
• Min. 2 years dispatching technicians
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Invoicing experience

• Manage 4-5 fulltime HVAC service techs and 1-2 part time Plumbers
• Fleet and tool management (GPS, Maintenance, stock, replacement, etc)
• Manage refrigeration records
• Approve timecards
• Create/Manage service contracts
• Process invoices for billing
• Audit service work orders
• Live Dispatching
• Communication on call information to answering service
• Assist techs with troubleshooting and sources materials
• Process and schedule incoming service requests and other approved work
• Keep customers information as current as possible and all other duties assigned
• Develop and maintain relationships with an assigned customer base, including key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services always
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships
• Monitor sales trends and product performance results
• Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field

As a condition of employment, all employees must furnish and utilize a smart phone with internet capability and access for daily work-related time keeping purposes.

Must complete an OSHAA 30 within 30 days of employment, which will be funded by Area Energy & Electric, Inc.
