We are seeking an entry level maintenance technician to join our team! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn and build your skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist our maintenance team with day-to-day operations
• Ability to complete tasks as needed with or without supervision
• Possess a positive and professional attitude and communicate effectively
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry and similar trades are preferred
• Understanding of how to use basic hand and power tools are preferred

Position Requirements

Position Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to bend down to pick up from the ground; climb step, ladders, and extension ladders; work with hands extended above head
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be able to walk for a majority of the work shift
• Possess a valid driver's license
