Field Diesel Mechanic – CES

As a Field Diesel Mechanic – Customer Equipment Solutions (Service Tech IV – Field Service – CES), you will perform maintenance and repairs of complex equipment on customer‑owned equipment with limited or no supervision, in a safe, highly skilled, and professional environment.
What You'll Do- Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment.
- Travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance of customer-owned equipment; maintain a clean and professional service vehicle.
- Assist in training lower‑level technicians as needed.
- Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation (work orders) in a complete and timely manner daily.
- Upsell and demonstrate a wide array of complex equipment to customers.
- Assist with pick‑up and delivery of equipment and parts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- 5+ years of experience repairing/maintaining equipment and tools.
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
- Knowledge of construction equipment and strong mechanical background on various engines.
- Advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
- Must own tools applicable to the position.
- Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to frequently lift items up to 45 lbs.
