JOB DESCRIPTIONIncludes but is not limited to:
Mobile Patrol Officer(s)/Loss Prevention Officer will work as a uniformed retail Mobile Patrol Officer. You will also be crossed trained as a Loss Prevention Officer. You will patrol the property with the Company vehicle of the Client's property to keep solicitors and transient people clear from the property and the public. Patrol Officers will prevent and deter crime on the property, primarily in the parking lots and the yard, walking the yards also as needed.
You will be able to observe and report suspicious persons entering the building to the Loss Prevention Officer/Management via radio, gathering the appropriate information such as vehicle information, color of clothing, etc. You will be able to assist with Stops & Recovery of items in the lot/store as needed. You may be required to process the subject in the Interview Room.
Officers will maintain all activity logs in Track Tik. You will also notify your Supervisor of any issues pertaining to the patrol vehicle too.
This position will be a PT/ 20 hours - Friday & Saturday from 1000 - 2000 hours
REQUIREMENTS- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and a drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have a H.S. Diploma or GED
- Must have Security experience and strong Customer Service Skills
- Must have good written/verbal communication skills
