Security Officer Mall Entry Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Staff access control points at a retail or mall location by monitoring entrances, verifying credentials when required, managing visitor sign-in logs, and directing authorized persons to their destination.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and notifying site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, common areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or other policy violations.;
Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns, and complete accurate written reports using required forms and/or electronic systems.
