Security Officer Flex Outlet Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to store associates, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor, entrances and exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disputes, disruptive behavior, medical situations, and property-related incidents, and coordinate with local responders as needed.;
Control access at designated points by monitoring doors and receiving areas, observing for suspicious behavior, and reporting unauthorized entry and/or policy violations per post orders.;
Complete shift activity reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to store management and Allied Universal leadership, and assist with customer and associate inquiries within scope of post orders.
