Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and/or staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare buildings, entrances, corridors, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and visitor flow, assist with directions and way finding, and observe for unusual conditions that may require a security-related response;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting staff with de-escalation and requesting additional resources when needed;
Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate key updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management
