Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and vendors;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including gathering information, notifying site contacts and emergency services as directed, and documenting actions taken;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of campus buildings, common areas, parking lots, and perimeter routes;
Monitor access control points and observe activity around entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assisting with directions, policy reminders, and de-escalation when needed;
Complete reports and logs for patrols, incidents, and daily activities, and communicate updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
