Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter grounds; working environments and conditions may vary by assignment;
Monitor access points and observe for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards; assist with visitor direction and general information as needed;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or public responders when required;
Complete reports and maintain logs related to patrols, incidents, and daily activities; communicate observations and/or concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
