Security Officer - Flex Driving Patrol Rounds

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests and associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, stock areas, entrances and/or exits, and exterior areas such as sidewalks and parking lots; working environments and conditions may vary by site;
Monitor for unusual activity, potential policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, and help to deter theft and other incidents through high-visibility presence and observation;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including verbal de-escalation, coordinating with site leadership, and contacting emergency services when needed;
Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and patrol activity; communicate timely updates to supervisors and client representatives
