Provide customer service to Allied Universal clients by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, operational areas, and the perimeter;
Monitor access points, verify identification and visitor authorization, and document entries and exits per site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting issues to site contacts and emergency services;
Complete accurate reports, logs, and patrol documentation, and communicate security-related observations to supervisors and site personnel
