Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a utilities location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, equipment areas, and perimeter lines to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or hazards; working conditions may vary by site.;
Control access to restricted areas by verifying identification, monitoring entry and exit points, and documenting visitor and contractor activity per site requirements.;
Complete detailed reports and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations, and communicate key updates to supervisors and/or oncoming officers.
