ARMED SECURITY OFFICER
Must be OPOTA certified and current in the certification. Seeking professional armed officers, or retired or commissioned police officers for various security positions.
Responsibilities- Greeting staff/registering visitors
- Searching bags and packages
- Answering phones, monitoring security cameras/surveillance equipment
- Patrolling inside and outside
- Escorting staff to cars if needed after dark
- 21+ years old
- Valid Driver’s License
- Dependable transportation (your own vehicle)
- Smartphone
- Must have de-escalation skills
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Clean Criminal Record Required (no felonies)
- Armed Guard must have current OPOTA Certification
- If called to interview, please bring your Driver's license/, Social Security card, and OPOTA certificate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay:
Up to $19.00 per hour
