Position located in Columbus, OH. Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a full‑time Security Guard – Mall Entry Specialist to safeguard clients in retail/mall environments. The role includes patrols, access control, crowd management and customer service in a dynamic retail setting.

Full Time

$18.50 / Hour

• Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points to deter unauthorized entry and suspicious activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter.
• Document and report any unusual activity, incidents, or maintenance concerns.
• Interact professionally with visitors, vendors, and employees while enforcing access control.
• Assist crowd management and deter theft or other unwanted activities as needed.

• Valid driver’s license (for driving positions). Driver policy applies.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First aid certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Minimum age: 18 for unarmed; 21 for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to local laws.
