In this role you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as education.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at an education‑focused location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security‑related incidents and maintain a secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. Your visible presence and commitment to customer service will support a welcoming atmosphere while you embody our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork.

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, problem‑solving, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any unusual circumstances.
• Document and report security‑related incidents, observations, and maintenance needs according to site protocols.
• Assist with access control, monitoring entrances and exits to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious activity.
• Work collaboratively with site staff and/or local authorities when necessary, supporting a secure environment within the educational setting.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
