Position: CRA 2 – Oncology, Full Service, IQVIA

Minimum qualification: 1.5 years of on-site oncology monitoring experience.

• Perform site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out visits) in accordance with GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Work with sites to adapt, drive, and track subject recruitment plans in line with project needs to enhance predictability.
• Administer protocol and related study training to assigned sites; establish regular communication lines to manage project expectations and issues.
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of study site practices related to protocol conduct and regulatory adherence; escalations as appropriate.
• Manage study progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment & enrollment, CRF completion/submission, data query generation/resolution; may support start‑up phase.
• Ensure site documents are available for filing in the Trial Master File (TMF) and verify Investigator's Site File (ISF) is maintained per GCP and local requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation of site management, monitoring visit findings, action plans; submit regular visit reports, generate follow‑up letters and other required study documentation.
• Collaborate and liaise with study team members for project execution support.
• May be accountable for development of project subject recruitment plan on a per site basis (if applicable).
• May be accountable for site financial management per executed Clinical Trial Agreement and retrieve invoices as per local requirement (if applicable).

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree (degree in a scientific discipline or health care preferred).
• Experience:
  
  1.5 to 2 years of CRA experience including on‑site monitoring.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,200.00 – $. The actual base pay offered may vary based on qualifications, location, schedule, and other factors. Additional compensation may include incentive plans, bonuses, and other benefits.
