Outside Sales Representative

We are partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented distributor serving the construction, utility, and municipal markets. With a strong vendor network, broad product offering, and reputation for reliability, this organization is positioned for continued expansion in Central Ohio.

They are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to take ownership of a defined Columbus territory and build lasting customer relationships. This is a high-impact, field-based role with autonomy, strong support, and meaningful earning potential.

• Manage and grow a defined Central Ohio territory
• Develop new contractor and end-user relationships
• Expand share within existing accounts
• Call on job sites, contractors, municipalities, and industrial customers
• Provide product guidance and solutions based on customer needs
• Own your pipeline and territory growth strategy
• Collaborate with inside sales and operations to ensure strong service execution
• Meet or exceed sales targets

This is a true outside sales position — relationship-driven, territory-focused, and customer-facing.

• 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience
• Background in construction supply, industrial distribution, equipment, building materials, or related industries preferred

• Strong prospecting and account development skills
• Self-starter who can operate independently
• Competitive and motivated to grow a book of business
• Comfortable working in the field and on job sites
