Mettler Toledo is looking for a Lab Territory Sales Representative based in Columbus, Ohio for the Labtec team. This role involves selling products, software, and services using telephone, Microsoft Teams, email, and other technology. As a Territory Sales Representative you will be responsible for prospecting and closing new sales leads from various sources, providing technical advice and formal quotations, qualifying accounts, and managing opportunities in the CRM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in Laboratory business products, software, and services to effectively meet customer needs.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage sales leads by qualifying prospects, following up on opportunities, and performing virtual product demonstrations.
• Utilize CRM and ERP systems to track and manage sales activities and customer data.
• Support customer engagement through real-time chat, outbound campaigns, and instrument trial programs.
• Collaborate regularly with management and field sales teams to review sales opportunities and address business trends.
• Ensure data accuracy in sales and service databases and provide timely product quotes and solutions.

• A bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• Two to three years of any combination of customer service, sales, or marketing related experience.
• Inbound or outbound call center experience, and teleselling skills training, are desirable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work both independently, and in a team environment, is required.
