ADI Global Distribution is hiring a Sr Account Manager who will increase market share, uncover new opportunities, and drive the kind of sales that result in long‑term customer relationships.

What You Will Do
  • Increase market share by converting potential customers to ADI customers.
  • Strengthen current customer relationships through customer service support, follow‑up calls, education about new product lines, and keeping abreast of industry developments.
  • Proactively gather market intelligence, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver sales wins.
  • Maintain positive relationships within ADI to encourage team sales and create priority service for customers.
  • Implement various customer training programs to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 2+ years of sales experience in CCTV, IP, AV technologies, security, and fire.
  • Successful track record of managing and selling in the security industry in a distribution model.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean motor vehicle history, and a driving record in good standing.
  • Excellent selling, negotiating, and closing skills with the ability to build long‑term business relationships.
  • Ability to learn quickly, process high call volume, and think outside the box.
  • Strong work ethic and a results‑oriented approach while maintaining high ethical standards.
  • Strong customer service, organization, and multi‑tasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently without close supervision, and a team player.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% per business needs.
WE VALUE
  • Significant experience in a sales/account management related field.
  • Experience working with freight, telecom (data or cell), or distribution.
  • Experience working at a retail office supply store is a plus.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with high‑value daily spending and a large product profile.
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate a highly matrixed environment.
