Sales Service Representative

We are seeking a driven Service Sales Representative to grow our presence in the Columbus market. This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships while identifying, qualifying, and closing new service opportunities. You will directly impact monthly revenue and expansion of recurring service business.

Success in this position requires ownership of your territory, disciplined pipeline management, and consistent conversion of opportunities into service agreements.

• Build and maintain relationships with commercial building owners, facility managers, and operators
• Identify customer needs and recommend service solutions that improve building performance and reliability
• Prospect and develop new service opportunities through outreach and networking
• Qualify prospects and advance opportunities through the sales cycle
  
  Close service agreements and project work
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting
• Partner with service and operations teams to ensure successful delivery

• Experience in service-based or relationship-driven sales
• Exposure to commercial mechanical, facilities, or building services industries
• Proven experience building and maintaining customer relationships
• Demonstrated success prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities
• Self-starter with strong accountability, initiative, and follow-through
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and email communication
