Role OverviewThe Lead – Sales (USA) will head business development, client engagement, and market expansion for APAR’s Conductor business in North America. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep technical understanding, strategic vision, and proven success in industrial or utility sales.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and execute growth strategies for the Conductor division across the U.S.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and order booking to payment collection.
- Build relationships and secure approvals with key utility and transmission clients.
- Identify and appoint local representatives and distribution partners.
- Gather and analyze market intelligence to support regional strategy.
- Drive Key Account Management (KAM) for sustained client success.
- 10–20 years in sales/business development in conductor, cable, or electrical segments (especially aluminium, alloy conductors, or OPGW).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed industrial sales targets.
- Experience in U.S. utility and transmission markets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, client management, and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
