Schedule & On-Call Requirements:
This position requires an on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support trauma cases as they arise. While this level of availability is essential for the role, we understand it may not be suitable for every candidate. Candidates who choose not to pursue this position due to the on-call demands will not be negatively evaluated or penalized in future opportunities with our organization.

Within 20-30 miles of Columbus
Compensation:
Commission only. This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses + benefits.
As a Trauma Sales Representative, you will work with a high degree of intensity and commitment to sell Stryker Trauma products that meet customers’ needs. You are responsible for becoming the resident trauma expert as you work with a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals. You live your work, engaging with the demands of trauma in operating rooms and emergencies, organizing materials and solutions quickly during consultations.
You will manage and maintain your product inventory and assist customers as needed. Your knowledge of your products, and knowledge of competitors’ offerings, builds credibility with surgeons who rely on you for advice and training on products and tools used to save lives. You will perform your duties in alignment with the mission to change lives by selling Stryker products that improve healthcare."
- Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years experience in a clinical healthcare or sales role (or a combination of both)
- 3+ years of sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
- Excellent organizational skills and knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MS Office suite, databases, etc.)
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with surgeons and hospitals
- Must be comfortable in emergency/operating room environments
- Ability to participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside regular business hours, as required
- Must adhere to compliance and the principles of responsibility (Adva Med) by maintaining privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting organizational assets, and acting with ethics and integrity; comply with applicable laws and Company policies
