Portfolio Sales Representative – Radiology – Columbus, OH

Join Bayer as a Portfolio Sales Representative to promote radiology products within the Columbus, OH metro area. This is a full‑time, mid‑senior level role that requires a strong sales background and travel up to 50%.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with physicians, nurses, pharmacists and hospital staff to sell Bayer radiology products.
• Identify key decision makers and navigate their buying process to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
• Create a territory plan with goals, resource allocation and education proposals for key customers.
• Provide consultative information and sales/marketing presentations to existing accounts and prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to coordinate product promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of product portfolio, clinical literature, and industry trends.
• Control expenses within budget, manage company property and expense reports.
• Follow pharmaceutical compliance code and maintain adherence to regulations.

• BBA or BS degree.
• 2+ years of directly related sales or customer experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biological Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a related field.
• RT (Radiology Technology) or strong clinical understanding within Radiology.

Base salary range: $95,660 – $143,490, plus potential bonus or commission. Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO and sick leave.
