Now hiring a Part‑Time Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager to join our Columbus team and help drive personalized, high‑value client journeys.

• Hold one‑on‑one consultations to help clients choose the right treatment plan
• Hit or exceed $3,500 in daily sales through confident, value‑based recommendations
• Use CRM tools to document client progress and communications
• Maintain a luxury standard of professionalism and care

• Provide leadership for a part‑time sales team
• Help shape client strategy and refine the consultation process
• Mentor team members and help close large sales packages

• Base Salary (Part‑Time):
  Pro‑rated from $2,500–$3,000/month
• Commission: 4%–10% depending on sales volume
• All clients are booked by appointment — no walk‑ins

• Previous experience in high‑end sales, beauty, or spa services
• Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable with CRM tracking
