We are hiring a full-time Senior Sales Manager for our Hilton Columbus at Easton location. This is an on-site role based in Columbus, OH. The Senior Sales Manager will focus on driving revenue through managing corporate or group sales accounts, developing strategic marketing and sales plans, and building strong client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating room blocks, coordinating events, preparing proposals, and meeting sales goals.

Collaboration with various internal departments to ensure successful execution of events and maintaining client satisfaction is a key aspect of this role.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills, along with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience in designing and implementing sales strategies and marketing plans tailored for the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in managing and servicing corporate and group accounts, with a focus on meeting client needs and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure flawless execution of events and room bookings.
• Flexibility to work on-site and effectively manage time in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Five years Full Service Hotel Sales Hilton Brand preferred.
• Proficiency in hotel booking system software and tools; experience in Hilton-specific platforms is advantageous.
