- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnight travel 10-15%
- Reside within a reasonable distance to the assigned district
- Professional experience in sales or the healthcare/scientific field, with oncology experience preferred
- Strong performance history in a sales or marketing role
- 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
- Oncology field sales or clinical oncology experience
- Documented history of strong performance in sales/marketing or clinical roles
