Accelerated Management Program Associate ‑ Operations
Accelerated Management Program (AMP) offers a 12‑month, hands‑on experience where you work from the ground up and explore various facets of our company. This 12‑month path includes two tracks:
Branch Operations and Outside Sales.
- Counter Sales – Face‑to‑face customer engagement, product knowledge acquisition, and issue resolution.
- Warehouse – Hands‑on shipping and receiving of products.
- Inside/Showroom Sales – Build daily skills for branch leadership, develop relationships with customers and sales force.
- Other tasks: develop leadership skills, communicate accurate pricing and inventory information, maintain relationships.
- Drive business development and prospecting; quick‑start training with a designated market territory.
- Customer prioritization – respond to demand for quick response times, on‑site solutions, and on‑time deliveries.
- Houston Training – visit corporate location to network with leaders and support teams.
- Other tasks: new business development, meeting sales goals, building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Broad theoretical knowledge normally gained through advanced education.
- No discretion to deviate from established procedures; structured work assignments.
- Closely supervised work; problems are typically not complex.
- Explains facts, policies, and practices related to the job area.
- Communication: strong verbal and written skills.
- Leadership: ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Analytical Thinking: strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Decision Making: ability to make informed, timely decisions.

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales, Entrepreneurial Studies (or a similar field). Must have at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA (overall and major).
Physical Requirements / Work Environment- Perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Willingness to relocate within the region and potentially nationally after program completion.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
