As part of this mission, we are building a local GTM Hub office in Columbus to serve as the center of activity and collaboration.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a high‑velocity Account Executive (AE) who thrives in fast‑moving environments and is motivated by winning new business while expanding existing customer relationships. In this role, you’ll primarily be dedicated to one of OH.io’s portfolio companies, but may flex across two or more as needed. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, driving revenue growth by landing new logos and expanding mid‑market to enterprise accounts.

This is a performance‑driven role with incentive‑based upside and clear potential to grow into sales leadership with success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales from initial outreach through close, owning quota attainment.
  • Prospect, qualify, and engage mid‑market to enterprise accounts with a focus on high‑velocity execution.
  • Partner with SDRs, marketing, Demand Gen, and Rev Ops inside GTM Pods to maximize pipeline creation.
  • Run discovery, product demos, proposals, and negotiations with decision‑makers.
  • Expand existing customer relationships through upsell, cross‑sell, and multi‑stakeholder engagement.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce.
  • Leverage modern sales tech (i.e. Salesloft, Clay, Zoom Info, Salesforce) to increase efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities as OH.io advances the most promising companies in our portfolio.
Qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience closing deals in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven success in both new logo acquisition and expansion/upsell
    .
  • Skilled in managing high‑velocity sales cycles with mid‑market to enterprise accounts.
  • Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Clay, and Zoom Info required.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with executive‑level buyers.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, ever‑changing environment.
  • Driven by results, hungry to win, and motivated by performance‑based upside.
